Recently I buy a new house and wanted to keep my old residence as investment. Very new in the field without any previous knowledge. However, once I came in contact with DUO Tax, all my queries and uncertainties were promptly answered. Duo Tax was recommended by my accountant. I sent them email and they replied very promptly, and finished my tax depreciation schedule within few days. The pricing was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than other companies. Quick and easy. Thank you.:)

I never give 5 regardless as all organisations have room for improvement.
I also felt pressured on the upfront payment required before any services rendered, in todays world too many companies getting away with once payment received customer service comes second!
